Gift Hotel - STAWELL

With friends to the present. the meals were very good and service by most staff was friendly and efficient. but a young girl was so abrupt that she was rude. she spoke so fast that we couldn't understand her. very bad customer service.

There was my eating good, but my wife had the fish and chips she loved, but had difficulty cutting it when she did it, was very watery and not a good taste she helped me to eat mine. she should. say something, but not.

Edible friendly pub and our meals were freshly cooked and great worth. we had booked elsewhere (diamond house) and walker outside, as the staff were very rude. it was a pleasure to be welcomed in the gift hotel. service was excellent

Datum: 28/12/21 food order: chicken parmigiana porterhouse steak price: service: 3/5 vibe: 0/5 taste: 2/5 value: 1/5 back to restaurant: no conclusion: absolutely no mood in restaurant. no music, average lighting and confusing wallpaper (each wall had another color, with paintings. on the wall to sale.) chicken parmigiana was decent, but was slightly burned on the floor, which led to a bitter aftertaste. porterhouse steak was overcooked and burned, so a very unpleasant piece of meat. overall a bad experience. will not go back.

Took my Brother who was just out of the Alfred Hospital for Christmas for what we thought would be a lovely meal, it was absolutely appalling my brother and I grilled flake with salad and chips, soggy chips limp salad and I don't know how...to describe the fish so I put a photo up absolutely disgusting you could not cut it with a steak knife my brother and I were only hoping that we didn't get food poisoning ,ID been to this pub 5 years before and I said then never again but it was the only place open in Stawell for a meal I thought maybe things would have changed this time I really mean it never again don't go there people
