Fey Asian - Stayton

My mother-in-law and I go here every time we get to the doctor. The young family that leads the square makes a great job and really sits up and evaluates their regular guests. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, although the seats can use some updates. The menu is standard rate with an exception. It is the only place that serves what is called almond fried chicken, which is covered with deep fried chicken pieces with the severity that goes over egg foo young. It's amazing. We also enjoy their kung pao chicken, which you can get in different spice temperatures.

The food is delicious and the prices are fair. Only at this time open for takeover, but worth the ride we make to pick it up! Our family always comes back and has consistent results!

Do not listen to the negative reviews about this place. The food and service was exceptional! The server informed me that a cook (the owner) in the back of the time they open until they close. He makes everything up from scratch, and you can really say in the quality of food. Everything was so colorful and freshly chopped. I love Chinese food that has a lot of fresh vegetables in it. It did not have typical “from the box” big buffet style restaurants. The portions were huge! Not sure why people complain about the portion sizes. I eat a lot, and for $25, I have 3 different to go portions of food that feed 2 for 2 separate meals. Nice to find a solid food spot in Stayton. I'm definitely back.

This place is good. They are by far the best American-chinese food in the area, I've tried them all. Great family atmosphere, completely quiet if no one is eating in there. Always consistent. Sometimes people that play the lottery in the bar portion are obnoxious but besides for that, a well rounded Chinese restaurant!
