Meatbar - Steamboat Springs

The meat and cheese were outstanding. The carafe of wine along with the wood charcoal was a great value. The addition of salads and sandwiches is also a nice touch. It's always a lovely evening there.

We made a reservation for dinner on a weeknight. It was like stepping into a European market. The meat and cheese selection was excellent and the waitress’ knowledge about everything on the menu was superb. We will be going back again. Highly recommend for a quick snack or dinner. This was an amazing, unique experience and if you love charcuterie, wine or Spanish tapas you have to try this place. Great value on the bottle of wine—we had the Tempranillo.

MeatBar was tremendous.We had the Happy Hour Platter with 2 kinds of meat, olives, crackers, 2 kinds of cheeses and more. Can't wait for our next meal there.

What a fantastic place to go for a quiet evening away from it all. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Will definitely be back soon!!!

The ambiance is excellent, and both the owner and staff are very kind. They have a great selection and a diverse menu. We also enjoyed a lovely bottle of Italian wine. It's an ideal spot for dinner.
