Papa Johns Pizza - Stedman

I ordered online and chose the option to have my pizza brought to my car, as I planned to get quick service and then run a few more errands. I parked in the lot, notified them through the app that I had arrived, turned on my hazard lights, and waited. After ten minutes with no sign of my order, I decided to go inside and check on it. When I mentioned I had been waiting for ten minutes, the cashier simply said, “Yeah, but there’s a sign you have to drive up to,” pointing to a small sign tucked between the Chinese restaurant next door and the pizza shop. The sign was barely visible from the parking lot, and they must have seen my vehicle but didn’t bother to come out to where I was waiting. Overall, I still don't think Papa John’s is worth spending money on. You'd be better off buying a frozen pizza from Food Lion in the same shopping center than ordering from Papa John's.

What size is a large supposed to be there? I ordered a large and it was made as ordered but only had 8 slices. Looked more like a medium. I thought a large had 10 to 12 slices? I have noticed in general that portions everywhere are smaller while prices increase. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Cashier was terrible. Waited while he was placing stickers on empty boxes for minutes. Finally I spoke up he said wait. I said pizza getting cold. He said it’s on warming shelf. I said what about taking care of waiting customer. He said wait. Unbelievable. Don’t go to this store. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
