Antonis Fish Stegna

Excellent food and excellent service! 100% to recommend, I would come back! My husband and I had dinner on our first night on the island. We asked some customers that were already eating if they recommend it, and they said yes. We were received by friendly and kind Antonis, who served proudly delicious traditional food in his restaurant. We ordered two starters, two mains, some pitta and house wine. When ordering, we specifically asked whether the grilled zucchini were crispy, which was answered in the affirmative. Unfortunately they arrived grilled, but rather in oil. Still, it tasted good. The second appetizer is minced meatballs. Too dry for us and when asked, the reason is that very lean meat was used. The sea bream with the potato chips was very good. Brilliant. A warm, genuine welcome. A wonderful location. Honest recommendation off the menu. And the food was absolutely perfect in our case fried fish for 2. Plenty of lovely tasty fish plus a delicious salad and fries. Great value too. Can’t think of any way it could’ve been better. Discovered by chance and received a very friendly welcome: highly recommended. We had very tasty fish stifado and shrimp saganaki. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
