Feedback gevenI wish I couldn't give any stars at all with my boss going in for dinner. I have ordered many times to go over the past year, but that was my first and LAST Dine in experience. I asked to order something about half the crab meat, she said they can't do that. So I said it was good that I would order it with it. She then continued to explain very annoyingly, they could not take it out after I already agreed to order it as it says on the menu. She then said she was right back. came back and said they were no longer sushi orders, took our menus and went away? Very confused we have said why would you not say that if we are here first, I mentioned to my boss that this was a way not to come back to a customer what they want the older lady, server/owner? then screamed oh well don't come back. I am grounded and disgusting with this customer service or lack! I stay with the order from the city where they treat their customers with respect. The only good I will say is the original younger lady who served us our drinks was very nice!
It is a beautiful local restaurant to taste Korean food.
Good food - not always consistent, but that?s because everything is made unique to order - the biggest drawback is the owner. She understands customer service despite all her years with a restaurant. Once I got a wrong soup with tofu and there was no tofu- she still told me good soup and I pay for it? The nerve of this lady is ineffective.
I always liked to eat here, but not anymore. Your food is (usually) very good, but inconsistent. Last time we ordered the takeover, they forgot two articles from our order, and did not attempt to make it on us (apart from that we come back and get the food we have already paid). I am sorry to serve and recommend a restaurant that seems to care very little about its customers.
Amazing food, large portions. fresh ingredients. My first time here, and I was beyond impressed. They were short staffed and still everything was fantastic!
