Naturally the basic traditional dishes are served but there are also very nice choices for another kind of tastes. The price level matches well with the portion sizes as well as the quality. The bar is small, but extremely cozy.
Great food and lots of variation. Pity they didn't have the whiskey I wanted, but everything else was avaialble and very tasty.
This Restaurant is integral part of the Flair Hotel Zur Eiche.Staying there, it was obvious for me to try it out.The ambient is in typical German style, with some cared touch here and there. It has the place to accommodate larger groups, and couples too.The personal I met in my evening visit was totally friendly and nice.I was advised well, in conformity with my request.Food arrived very fast. To wait, I received a little "antipasto" consisting in two home backed little breads with an oil & spices dressing and some aromatic salt: interesting and worth the try.Wanting to try local food, I get a pasta with deer, mushrooms and blueberries. Pasta homemade, deer tasty and juicy (not dry as was the risk). Mushrooms and blueberries: plenty of them. The sweet test was spousing very well with the wild. To the food a local beer, and after, an ice cream as dessert. For 28,50€ solo, not the cheapest, but worth his money. I can only recommend the place: and by sure, checking the menu, it will be possible to get more tasty surprises.
