....we recently visited this newly built café and confectionery shop during our Austrian trip. We have 3 children who wanted to eat an ice cream after lunch, so we went in and bought them an ice cream for everyone. Then the children wanted to sit when the ice cream was already melted. The business had done about 20 empty tables with 4 chairs each in the shade under a large open parasol, so that they tried to sit but we were made by one of the young male waiters that these tables specifically reserved for their costumes... At first I thought he was joking, so I asked him, aren't we your costumes? We just bought ice cream from you... Then he tried to sell us that they have a rule that these tables and chairs were only ordered by the waiter's items...and he wanted us outside the spells, where was no shadow, what ever.... Somehow I felt it so rude/unfriendly that he saw the children... and never experienced such a terrible service in Austria. I won't get this place again.... even the ice cream was good.... You should learn the No. 1 rule in the hospitality industry, which is: COSTUMER FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
