Great services. the staff was so friendly and helpful.

These special mcdonalds has let me disappoint in time after the time. some aspekte are good. the fries are always fresh, but other foods are always lacking. 90% of the time they are no longer in stock when it comes to promotional products. the machines do not always work with the mcdonald’s app. the service also lacks, with a lack of personal at the reception to time, with upright sitting in front of the stairs. the employees seem to be uninformed with the function of the mcdonalds app, as a crew member told me to reinstall the app after one of my offers, which points never go through. at the end of the day I never got these points back, which is a shame.

I will never go back there, we have a quick meeting and hardly sat before the waiter came and said what we order, we ask for a few minutes before we order. Next moment comes the manager to our table who tells us that we can't use their Wi-Fi and the room if we don't order. we explained that we will order in a short time and that we will not use their Wi-Fi. we have abandoned our order and have gone. I really did not like how we were treated and will never support this business again.

6 employees stand to not help. I had to look for my food and hate these self-service screens.

Thank you so very much for my terrible order and service. Asked for Ice tea, got cream soda. Half of my cold chips are missing, asked for no pickles, but guess who got extra pickles. Everything was wet. The delivery paper bag was completely soaked and everything fell through the bag as I went back inside after pickup. This happens way too often. My expectations were not high at all, but I expected better than this. At least the person who delivered my food was nice.
