Kfc - Stephens City

I was very disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. I ordered the 22 fill up box and was surprised to find that there were no sauces or fries included. Additionally, the nuggets were very small, almost like baby bites. I don't think I will be spending my hard-earned money here again.

During our family's stay at a hotel, we decided to order some food from a nearby restaurant. We ordered a bucket of chicken with sides and biscuits. The chicken appeared to be good quality, but unfortunately I didn't end up eating it. The biscuits were extremely hard and lacked any butter or honey, and the sides were cold. I was disappointed as I had been looking forward to a nice meal with my family.

The staff appeared to be in a bad mood and lacked enthusiasm. The man at the counter didn't smile at all. We will not be visiting this Taco Bell during our next trip through town.

Ice machine was not working, did not tell us until we ordered and paid.

After standing there 20 minutes for my pickup order sitting on a shelf out of my reach, while the staff laughed and joked amongst themselves, I walked out, went online, and canceled my order. Poor management and employees running amuck surely have put this place on a path to closing.
