Cold Stone Creamery In Westm - ster

Picked up an order this evening and one of them wasn’t made correctly. Some other issues occurred while I was there. The music was using profanity. The staff was messing around the entire time. There didn’t seem to be a manager handling the store. Myself and others were waiting to get their order taken while the staff was playing jokes on each other. The slab didn’t get cleaned off once in between orders.

I don't often leave reviews, but I was blown away by the customer service provided at this Cold Stone. We all know Cold Stone ice cream is AMAZING, but what you don't expect is to get the small, mom-and-pop ice cream shop feeling from a chain. The managers went out of their way (literally) to correct a mistake I made on a custom cake order. Their kindness saved my husband's birthday! The cake was beautiful and delicious. Thank you Petey and team.
