Feedback gevenI always go late in the evening, but there are barely any customers. Got a hair in my pastry once, which was promptly replaced. Otherwise food is reliably good.
Service was very lackluster. The cashier, Josh, was apathetic, and made several mistakes on our order. I asked for a half side salad, to which he said sure and charged us for a whole one. He didn 't even ask if it was for here or to go. (It was for here, and everything was to go). Very disappointing. Service is more important than the food, and it is because of this experience that I am probably not going to support the poor management of this Panera.
Nice interior and staff is as attentive as they can be during the breakfast and lunch rushes. Still think food is too overpriced for what you get, but atmosphere is a hidden charge that most people are willing to pay for.
I have to say, I stopped going to panera because the sandwhich was all bread most of the time and very little toppings. I tried it again today and was super impressed! Maybe it was the Eldersburg location that was skimping but I will definitely be going to Westminster from now
My wife and I frequent this Panera. The food is good, the service is quick, the dining area is clean. Sometimes we eat in, sometimes we take out, and sometimes my wife has food delivered. All three are positive experiences. I would suggest the charged lemonade(there is a ton of caffeine, so be warned).Parking: This location is part of a retail strip, so there is always plenty of parking.
