Biryani Xpress - Sterling Heights

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered their biryani. It was quite tasty, and I was impressed by how quickly it was delivered. The portion sizes were reasonable, too. I tried all the biryanis on the menu; while the lamb biryani was just average in flavor, the other varieties were quite enjoyable.

I had never experienced Indian cuisine before and was excited to expand my culinary horizons, so I decided to try this restaurant. So far, I've sampled the Butter Chicken, Chili Chicken, and Chicken Biryani, and I can honestly say that this place has made me a huge fan of Indian food. Keep up the great work!

This restaurant outshines others by a long shot. The chicken is exceptionally fresh; if you tear off a piece, it’s not brown, which is a clear sign of its quality. If you want a healthy meal that also tastes fantastic, this is the spot to visit!

The food here is delicious. There are two things on the menu that will usually be my go to foods: the samosa and the chili chicken. The samosa is made fresh and is so tasty. It has a flaky crust. It is stuffed with spiced potatoes and green peas. The flaky outside and potato inside are my favorite parts. The chili chicken is on the 'fun finger foods ' section of the menu, and it is my favorite dish here. It is spicy, and is worth ordering. For those who do not like big pieces of onions or peppers, be warned that they are cut pretty big in this dish. The chili chicken goes well with a side of rice. This restaurant is basic in its lobby and appearance, but that is okay. It is more causal and laid back in its appearance. They also use paper plates and plastic ware for dining in. I am okay with that because the food is good. The customer service here is exceptional. There is no pressure when looking through the menu. The people here are all respectful and do not bother as you are eating with the exception of the one time to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I will continue to come here because of the food and customer service!

Really great place! The food is always consistent in terms of quality. My to-go order is the paneer tikka masala with rice, and it is AMAZING. the curry is always the perfect texture, rich and creamy.
