First time eating here and it did not disappoint! Great food, service was fast and friendly, clean, and overall great experience.

Back again. Had the prime rib. Was excellent like before. No issues.Highly recommended

They can't seem to get it together. My last fail was my salad . Who can screw up a salad?THEY can. It was like they dumped the entire spice container in my food. Both bartenders agreed that was a big heck no. I could list all my bad experiences but why bother .

I decided to try this place out with a friend tonight as I live nearby but had never tried it. I was hesitant based on the low ratings. I approached the front desk right around 6 and the hostess was extremely rude. I asked how long a wait would be for a booth. She said 15-20 minutes. Then I asked if the wait would be as long for a table. This girl, with huge butterfly neck tattoos (NOT professional! literally rolled her eyes at me and said- Um... YEAH in the snarkiest tone, almost implying I was stupid or an annoyance to her.A competent management team would not hire someone for their front position with visible neck tattoos. She was in no way an appropriate fit for her position. Based on our first impression my date and I left and went somewhere else.

Being a cook I say this lightly but Zero communication between back and front of House.. last night around 10 pm (Thursday)my friend and i were stuck waiting over an hour for one deep dish pizza and an order of sliders .. absolutely clueless to why it was currently taking so long. maybe 50 people in the building total.. Our server didn 't communicate anything at all about our food time for over 40 minutes Bigger smaller parties ordered ate and left who arrived after us. When our food did arrive around 11:20 it was completely average .. my friends sliders were cold as well as his fries. The pizza was just okay . Zero quality check for the food with slow service is absolutely lazy.. food should have been hot at least.. all we received is a sorry for the slow service. Yeah I am too unfortunately.. definitely not going back .
