Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the best chipotle in the 586 area. The employees are quick and friendly. The food is always fresh, which is why I visit at least once a week. I recommend ordering in person rather than online, as you may receive a smaller portion online.

Almost always dirty. Almost always out of something. It’s clear the staff cannot keep up with the volume of food they are putting out. Most staff members stand off-ish and rude. Others seem clueless to operations. Staff member offered me a wet tray to put my food on for dine in. Didn’t seem to see an issue with it. Some experiences at this location are good, but most not. This location was not always like this.

Chipotle needs to fix their slow POS machines or something

Four of us went here 30 minutes after they opened. There was a sign up that said online orders only . We asked if we could still sit to eat if we ordered online...Nope! It wouldn 't have been such a bad experience if the employee wasn 't so dismissive! They were probably stressed from customers being irritated about the online order only thing, but they didn 't have to be rude. We went somewhere else, since we didn 't want to eat in the car.

I placed an online order at this restaurant and requested a drink cup, but they informed me that I had not ordered one and only offered a "water cup." I had to return to the restaurant with my app order on my screen to receive my drink. When I got home, I realized that the dressing and vegetables were missing from my quesadilla, which was the main reason I had ordered it. Disappointed, I had to throw away the hard and dry mess. Additionally, the baby burrito and hard tortilla for my kids were not up to par.
