Cold Stone Creamery - Sterling Heights

Ordered the chocolate devotion pint and got the peanut butter ice cream. I would not write a bad exam, with taking out the fact that I am allergic to nuts, peanuts and peanutter. they told me I have to tell the door bag for a refund door bag that only coldstone can give me a refund because they have my payment information. now they won't answer the phone.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my boyfriends bday. They really made it with love. I got vanilla ice cream, yellow cake with oreo, chocolate chip cookie dough, brownie and the fudge gnoche. Probabaly the best cake I've ever had in my life, my boyfriend says the same!! So yummy!

Girl that made my ice cream destroyed the pint thing causing it to overflow in the freezer idk why She would force it in this pint instead of the quart container

Not only do they have fabulous cakes/ice cream what an amazing staff they have!! I have ordered the same cake for my son’s birthday for 10yrs now (since he was 16yrs old) at the Madison Heights location.. when I called to order they were having phone issues. I contacted the Sterling Heights location in fear of the business being closed etc this young man Caleb not only assured me offered to fill my order, he went out of his way to directly contact an employee,Narmeen,at the Madison Heights location knowing this was a 10yr tradition I wanted to keep. Narmeen called me from her personal cell,placed my order,sent me a confirmation text AND even let me enter the store before they opened knowing I was traveling a distance to spend a short time with my son! We moved an hour 30 min north 3 yrs ago will continue to only order from Madison Heights Sterling Heights for as long as I’m able!? Thank You Cold Stone for having such AMAZING employees!! Caleb Narmeen you are the BEST!!! ??

Elizabeth did a great job and made delicious smoothie/shake. Very fast great leader.
