Palm Sweets Bakery Cafe

I tried to give this place a 4 or 5 starts but unfortunately I could not. This place started great, however, it is declining every single day. The taste of the pastery is not as good as it used to be and sometimes not even fresh. Also, they're getting so cheap although they're always busy and have people. I think you will start loosing customers gradually if you keep doing this.

I’ve got my order delivered all the way to South Dakota and the freshness was amazing not only that but the taste, you guys are Perfect the way you are!!! I was at the store a month ago and was impressed by your customer service and the perfect smile on the faces of your employees.. god bless

Awesome experience. So much to choose from we had a hard time deciding. Bought way more than we initially went in for. Lol. Exceptional service. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you! Also very pleased with the “no sugar” option of baklava for my son who can’t have much sugar.

Very nice place for sweets and Baklavas that come in many styles (Iraqi, Turkish,no sugar…etc). Very friendly place and you’ll enjoy the service and friendly staff. Also try their Baklava stuffed with Qaymar(if you already know what it is, if you don’t, then ask for it).

I came to a Palm Sweets many time in the past, with my family and friends. Yesterday, however, I came by myself by Smart Bus. The gentleman who assisted me at the counter, was very kind. He helped me to find a table and carried my order for me, he was also very good at explaining where the door is in relation to my table so I can go out and catch the Smart Bus later. The Turkish coffee is the best and so is the ice cream. As far as I’m concerned, Palm suites is the best place to get something sweet in the area. I would also like to add, that I felt really respected and completely excepted as a blind person when I was there.
