Subway - Sterling Heights

The service was good and the food was good I'm just concerned about the young lady who made the sandwiches her hair was long down to her elbows and she did not wear a cap or a net not even a ponytail she just let it flow I'm concerned about that

We had a young man in training, and he was so sweet and attentive. Our sandwiches were made perfect! It's always nice to receive food from kind people. It just makes the food better! Thank you for your service!

My name is Josh I worked at this location for a month all my customers liked me because I showed them respect I quilted because Erika the gm and Megan the night shift girl would text each other and make a plan to get rid of me because the gm wanted to get her boyfriend family jobs there if Erika and Megan gets fired it's a good location

I come here almost everyday because this subway is on my way home from work and never have a problem. I always have Polo or this other sweet guy I forgot his name but he said he was Romanian. Tonight however me and my sister come in after church, and two ladies come to help us one of them was helping me and the other one was helping my sister. My sister simply asked for the chicken to be heated and then the sandwich to be toasted. The worker repeated what my sister said and my sister repeated herself just to make sure there was an understanding. The worker than responded with rudely stating “that’s what I said” and started mumbling under her breath. I then told her we didn’t want her to make the sandwich and that we wanted the lady that was making mine to make hers. I honestly thought she was going to spit in it because she was so rude. Then she said NO NO ONE IS GOING TO MAKE ANYTHING FOR YOU. I was astounded. I asked to speak to the manager and she said SHE WAS THE MANAGER. I asked for her name and she didn’t give it to me. I asked for corporate and she didn’t give it to me. I was so confused as to how they could have someone so rude as their manager. It makes sense because every-time I come in everyone working seems so unhappy and complain about mistreatment.I don’t understand why this establishment gets rid of the good hardworking ones and keeps the lazy, rude ones. I’m very disheartened because I would come here all the time with no problem and now I will never come here again nor let anybody I know support this establishment as long as people like her are working there.

Can't believe subway is still in business with Jimmy John's, Jersey Mike's, and firehouse. There's so many other high quality fast sub places. Subway will be done in 5 years. This subway was atrocious.
