They have to hire more people waiting was ridiculous.

We sat on the back of the restaurant in the women's bath. my problem wasn't with where we sat, but it's with the way the bathroom roch! I took my daughter twice into the bathroom and we both, as well as the girls, had to keep our breath while we were in the bathroom, because the schnarch was just so overwhelming! Something has to be done because it can lead to employees and future customers getting sick!

Went through the door and waited 5-8 minutes until someone even acknowledges us. when I told her that I had open table reservations, she had no idea what that was and remained for a few minutes to ask us and then finally to sit. then took a server for ever to come and when he did, he knew nothing about the menu and told us that we could order the pages with our Pasta court that he later told us about the bar and behind the counter that was canceled because it did not come with the meal. our food was delivered to the wrong table. when she found our table, she literally threw our food away and ran away. we had no best or serviettes and I had ordered ribs. the service was terrible. our bill came and they added the other tabular order too! it was wrong. that was a terrible experience and I could not believe how unprofessional this place was!

Shelly was a great server. Truly made my visit home enjoyable!

Had reservations, had to wait to get seated which at first was an eight minute wait turned into 15 minutes plus 4 non reservation families with a party of 5 or more seated before me. What's the point of a reservation like warm food.
