Wendy's - Sterling Heights

This place gave us Catcup packs with dried spots on it. then, if I and my friend ask for better, the lady is that all packings were like that. you have to **** me. this was Friday afternoon 03/26/2021

I no longer visit this restaurant. The new manager should not exhibit rude behavior. When I asked for ketchup, they slammed the window in my face. I continued to ask for ketchup and looked through the window, but nobody responded. Finally, when I yelled for ketchup, the manager came to the window and scolded me for yelling. This experience was unacceptable.

This place is full of lazy workers. I never come back here again. on the trip thru and only one person was before us, and nothing was said not even a "hallo welcome to wendy's please give me a minute". So we move up to the window and this old dame opens the window with a set-up and says there is a $80.00 order ahead of them and there are only two of us. it's not really busy there. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and just wanted a few wendys, but I'm not going anywhere else, but this dumpster. what a sweat.

My 3-year-old child and I got food poisoning today, not sure what caused it. We felt sick immediately after eating at this restaurant. The staff member was rude and disrespectful. They need to clean and make sure all their ingredients are fresh. The burgers were not fresh and the fries were poorly cooked. I would give zero stars if possible. Stay away from this place, they do not care about the quality of their food.

The worst service ever the worst employees ever I'm not going back there they got my order wrong and they took the Fry'sback from me and throw it away
