Angelo's Delivery - Sterling

A pizza and an Italian beef ordered. The pizza was good, but I have a hamburger instead of beef. I called and said I had a hamburger instead of beef, and was asked what you want, It was said when someone else ordered something in my area they will bring it to me. Of course I never did. Over 40 years of Angelo's food, I've never been treated like that. You've always done things right. Not this time.

The service was very disappointing. The pizza took the longest to prepare, and they ended up serving it last. As a result, the rest of our food was cold by the time we received it. When the pizza finally came out, there was no apology or explanation. Really, Angelo?

I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. The woman who answered the phone was rather rude, and I noticed they also mixed up my order for the extra-large Angelo special. The pizza had hidden mushrooms that I didn’t ask for, and it was undercooked—despite being a thin crust, I’m not sure how they managed to serve it that way. I also ordered wings, but they were greasy and hardly warm or crispy. As for the garlic bread, I requested it without cheese, but they still included cheese anyway. Overall, it was a terrible experience—the worst pizza I've ever had. The only positive note was that the delivery person was nice.

The food was excellent! However, the Italian sandwich had an issue with the white paper sticking to it, making it awkward to eat. It felt like I was consuming more paper than food by the end. They should consider using a better non-stick material to prevent this issue.

Ordered for Delivery and they only brought half of the order. Then when spoken to on the phone female stated well I guess it is still here. This followed with us having to go and get our 2nd half of the order. Once at the store she stated she could refund the dollar delivery fee. This is poor business. Unsure if we order for delivery again.
