I had dinner here last night. It is some of a prototypical wing platz a la st louis when they are from the gta. sport bar art atmosphere; to earth, noisy, many tvs. friendly staff; in the did the service was excellent. well wise it is a wing-gang bar food, and an above-average craft brewing list that is a series of local brew (big plus in my book). many specialities in the day. The wings are Buffalo style wet, swim in sose (anchor bar style when they have been there), although not from the size they would get at the standout buffalo places (not really a critique, they were standard wing size with a good mix of drums and apartments). sauce was pretty good and a reasonable selection of taste alternatives. a la carte if you want to fret. total are the big plus points here the great service and excellent craft beerlist. costly it was for a few pints, wings and pommes, tip in (they have an app like my first visit, which was a nice note). pretty good value and the service alone was enough to earn a return visit. nice job!
I had dinner here last night. It's something of a prototypical wing place a la St Louis if you're from the GTA. Sports bar type atmosphere; down to earth, loud, lots of TVs. Friendly staff; in fact the service was outstanding. Food wise it's a wing joint - bar food, and an above average craft brew list that features a number of local brews (big plus in my book). Lots of daily specials. The wings are Buffalo style - wet, swimming in sauce (Anchor Bar style if you've been there), although not of the size you'd get at the standout Buffalo places (not really a criticism, they were standard wing size with a good mix of drums and flats). Sauce was pretty good and a reasonable selection of flavour alternatives. A la carte if you want fries. On the whole the big pluses here are the great service and excellent craft beer list. Cost wise it was about $25 for a couple of pints, 15 wings and fries, tip in (they comped me an app as it was my first visit, which was a nice touch). Pretty good value and the service alone was enough to earn a return visit. Nice job!
