Domino's Pizza - Sterling

I ordered a pizza with 3 toppings: chicken, mushrooms, and green peppers. When I received the pizza at my place, I noticed that there was no chicken on it. I called the restaurant and sent them a picture showing the missing chicken. The person on the phone insisted that there was chicken on the pizza and pointed out some spots where he claimed to see it.

Messed up our order and had to wait nearly an hour on hold only to find out there was no manager on duty to help us.

The order arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes after ordering online. When I called to inquire about my order, the person on the phone said they only had one driver working and seemed confused. They are only 1.5 miles away from my location. The two pizzas I ordered arrived cold and without the extra cheese I requested. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Come on, Dominos.

I wouldn't have said this a few years ago, but the latest mix and match menu is a great value for feeding a group.
