Papa John's Pizza - Sterling

One of the worst customer service... the need to do a better job in treating customers with respect. If the property doesn't enter, they'll go up the hill quickly.

One of the best Papa Johns locations. The pizzas are always cooked right and they have very good customer service at this location.

The food was good. It's Papa John's, which means you can expect affordable and decent pizza. Enjoy!

On April 4, 2019, at 11:15 AM, I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my workplace, but it didn’t arrive until 12:30 PM. I called the store and spoke to the manager, who assured me that it was on the way. When the delivery person finally arrived at 12:30, I mentioned that it took too long. Instead of apologizing, he raised his voice and told me to speak with the manager. The delivery person was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and I have no intention of ordering from this restaurant again. Papa John's should be embarrassed by their employees' behavior.

This is an excellent spot for pizza. The place is consistently tidy and well-maintained. The service is outstanding, and the staff is fantastic. I would definitely come here often.
