Starbucks - Sterling

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The server made my drink incorrectly, was extremely rude, and even put ice in our coffee when we explicitly asked for no ice. The service was terrible and I would not recommend dining here.

Went in 30 mins early was not able to buy my drink. Was told it was closed because the person a day before did not do there job and was added to today’s shift. Very disappointed since I go here often. Even though though two person were at the stand!

They never have a product and employees never stay in the store.

I was disappointed that the restaurant did not have any large coffee containers available for me to purchase coffee to-go for my meeting.

This restaurant is extremely slow. I arrived in the morning and had to wait 45 minutes with no one in sight. Finally, a guy came out from the back with empty hands. It seemed like he had to be woken up. This place is always slow, so only go if you have plenty of time to spare.
