Starbucks Coffee - Sterling

One of the best Starbucks outlets in the Northern Virginia. The staff is very professional and extremely friendly. My order was prepared in accordance with instructions provided by me. Exactly what I wanted. They have very cosy outside seatings. The great place to finish the assignments on your notebook.

Visiting Giants in the Cascades Shopping center, I visited the Starbucks forgetting that they had royally messed up my tea order for coffee. On arriving the Police were finishing up some sort of problem and there was a line for orders. The Manger apologized. I ordered my London Fog which is a tea latte and although the line finished quickly, saw that my cup which requires 2 teabags was sitting on the counter and no one was paying attention until asked. Even then it too an abnormal amount of time to prepare. They also got my breakfast item wrong. This is now the second and last time I will visit. It has to be the worse managed Starbucks in the immediate area.

Warm greetings, smile while handing me my drink, but seem disconnected and not thrilled to be there while making the drinks, like they we're somewhere else. So they earned a great, not outstanding.

I would give 0 if I could the customer isn't right with the manager at this store. The (manager) JEN OR JENNIFER is super rude and I've never seen a (manager) argue with a customer (which was me) then on top of that she actually charged me for a refill when they are free with the app. Fine I respect your store policy and can only get one coffee at a time. But dont sit there and re charge me for it you want to get on policy wheres my sticker for my cup showing that I paid????, but dont keep pushing my button when I said that's fine let's just move on.Shes the type of person that likes to make a simple situation become difficult and shouldn't be a manager or be in customer service. Its funny how you call yourself a manager, but yet it you just have to have the last word after the conversation is and was over. I feel bad for the owner of this location. do your self a favor and go to country side much better management and there not rude over there!

Enough seating to satisfy the coffee shop chill vibe. I always look for this in a Starbucks. Someplace comfy. Nice wrap around patio to enjoy the weather, all covered which was really nice. Tables chairs, etc could be kept cleaner tho. Had Apple Spice Oatmilk Hot Latte it's delicious!! Will be back to this location.
