Pizza Hut - Stettler

I ordered a pizza for delivery was told it 'd be 15 minutes. I called back almost an hour later to make sure there wasn 't an address issue, as it 's happened before. They had accidentally put the order as pick up, but said they 'd delivery it right away. An hour later, I call back to see what 's up they didn 't have my delivery address but never bothered to call me to find out. They had my name, number account info with attached address, so not sure how that 'd be possible in the first place. 2 hour wait they couldn 't be bothered. Incredible customer service, I won 't be back again.

The staff is very kind. I have ordered here a few times and sadly the food has been undercooked and I have gotten very sick afterwards. Very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered two medium pizzas, was told 15-20 mins...waited 35-40 mins before I called to cancel, they told me the driver was 5-8 mins out still, would have been almost an hour for fast food pizza, even after canceling the pizza their driver showed up. I ended up ordering from pizza box and they showed up before the pizza hut driver even made it. Service: Delivery
