Amazing customer service who go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Went into to buy new helmet but wasnt sure what i wanted, but thanks to one member of staff in particular (who i am unable to remember his name) picked out a helmet that hadnt even been put on the shelf for me at the price i could afford without trying to haggle me up. Highly rate this shop and will definitely be going back.

Just bought my 3rd crash helmet from here, although i purchased it from their website, i popped in there the night before to try some on 10 mins from closing, and as usual the staff where very helpful with no feeling of trying to rush me. Couldn't recommend Bike Stop enough.

Brilliant shop, the staff are very knowledgeable and also very professional. They will do their upmost to give you the best service, advice, care and even aftercare that they can possibly give. The only clothing store me and my girlfriend will use, we travel over an hour to use these guys and have dealt with every one of the lads that work here. Well worth the travel if you live any distance away.
