Chees Pizza - Stevenage

I ordered a cheese pizza and found it to be delicious. I would prefer ordering from this place over Domino's. The pizza was flavorful, not greasy, and tasted fresh. My only suggestion is that they could offer more dessert options, like hot cookies. Overall, a great choice for pizza.

We have been loyal customers of Cheese (it seems that the final e is part of it) for many years. They used to offer their legendary 20 pizzas for £10, but recently the prices have started to increase. However, the pricing has always been clear in the past. When we tried to order online today, we were unable to do so because the website only showed the first half of possible addresses when we input our postcode. Our address was in the second half. We ended up calling them instead. The website led us to expect our pizza to cost around £16, but the person on the phone said it would be about £14. The delivery person ended up charging us about £18, which was disappointing. Despite the issue with pricing, the pizza itself was delicious and generous in size. We will continue to order from Cheese, but they definitely need to improve both their website functionality and pricing accuracy.

We have been ordering from this restaurant frequently over the past few years and have recommended it to many people. However, our opinion changed after our experience last night. I ordered a custom pizza with four toppings - black olives, sweet peppers, pineapple, and pepperoni from their website. There was a section for special instructions where I specified that the pepperoni should only be on half of the pizza because my wife and daughter are vegetarian. I called the restaurant immediately after placing the order to confirm this with a polite young lady. When the pizza arrived, I discovered that the pepperoni was spread all over the entire pizza. I called the restaurant again and spoke to the same lady, who informed me that having toppings on only half of the pizza is considered an additional charge. I was frustrated as this was not communicated to me earlier. I spoke to the manager who was dismissive and unapologetic, insisting that I contact the website for further assistance. Despite my wife's efforts to explain the situation, the manager refused to provide a proper solution and even threatened to block our number. The customer service was extremely lacking and we were left feeling disappointed and disrespected. We do not recommend ordering from this restaurant unless you want to risk a similar unpleasant experience.

A pizza ordered by eating and the pizza was sent to the wrong address. So we called the cheese pizza four times that we ordered a pizza to the wrong address and they gave us constantly abuse, called us stupid, said we were not stupid, and we were constantly interrupted by the phone. When we wanted to talk to a manager, we were told that it was the manager, but we were spoken terrible and he was threatening us. we lost £15 now because they didn't hear us and we were rude. will never buy from here again and will definitely make a much more serious complaint to ensure that something goes further after £15 taken by us and abuse and terrible service given via the phone. respectful company and terrible customer service. would not recommend buying from here ever.

We always get pizza from here and his was always beautiful. I have never had problems and they have a really good choice of hits to choose. I would recommend coming here to get food.
