Feedback gevenOrdered on a Saturday so could see was in for a wait. Ordered for 6:15pm got an email to say would be 15min late. Arrived 5:30pm way earlier than wanted the food to arrive as ordered for family who were due to arrive after 6. Food is good as always but why have option to order for a time then not follow it
Food was late. Ordered king prawn kaharai and king prawn tikka masala. Only three prawns in each dish. How can you justify charging £9.95 for three prawns, which were not even fresh?! Really disappointed. Additionally, their menu states that they have a food hygiene rating of 5. This is false advertising. Looked them up on the food standards agency website afterwards and their rating is lower than what they claim. . . Approach with caution.
This was my first time ordering from Spice Kitchen and I was impressed. The food was delicious, arrived hot, and definitely lived up to my expectations. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!
Order took over an hour and half to arrive. When is did arrive it was cold. Called to complain and was told manager wasn’t there so nothing could be done
Although prices have increased significantly, the food quality remains excellent, surpassing that of most takeout options. There is a generous discount offered for orders over £20 that are collected.
