Great service from nice staff, food as you would expect

I was on a business trip last month and visited this pub several times. It offered everything you would expect from a typical Wetherspoons, including a great selection of guest ales and delicious, hearty meals at affordable prices. The staff were always friendly, especially when I asked to sample the guest ales before making my final choice. I also received excellent service with my food. This is a fantastic, welcoming pub with a friendly atmosphere. They offer a wide selection of guest ales for just £1.99 a pint, along with great prices on mainstream beers and ciders. The food is reasonably priced and satisfying, with particularly good specials that include drinks. Additionally, the self-service coffee machine provides excellent, bottomless coffee. Overall, it's a great place to relax and enjoy a good meal and drink!

This is a beautiful and lively place. The service at the bar was a bit slow, likely because there were only two staff members working. However, the food was nice.

Eating here is quite good and excellent selection of real ales. I love the art and wise how the local history is represented in this alcohol! Of course, the toilets are miles away the huge steps!
