Taco Bell - Stevens Point

I have to say, this place is the taco joint to go to. The service was excellent and the food came out quickly.

The Hwy 10 location in Stevens Point is fantastic. The food is top-notch and the service is excellent. However, the same cannot be said for the location on the north side of the city.

From the start, our experience at this restaurant was awful. The manager, Jesse W, mishandled our order. We asked for time to review the menu, but were consistently ignored. When we went to pay, we received no greeting or farewell. After taking our first bite, we found a hair in our meal. When we called to complain, Jesse refused to provide a solution or apologize for the terrible customer service. We have decided to never return to this establishment and will share our negative experience with others. This was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had.

We went and we ordered the 12 tacos, they asked if we wanted to consider them and I said no to them twice and when we went into the window and I asked them that the tacos were not superior and he told us that they were not and we got our food home and my son went to get a tacos and they were superior with tomato and sour cream they were all like that! I called and then told exactly what I ordered and gave them my order and they did not record of my order

Ive been to this taco bell three times after a long shift and noticed they started to steal money from me, i would spend about 40$ worth of stuff and would get home to only two products in the bag, when i called them out the last time they tried to give me taco ticket cards' that u can only use one of instead of giving me my money back on the THREE OCCASIONS that they have stolen from me, and now they are scheming tell people its cash only, i just wanted to let everyone know if something is missing or your money wasnt given back to you it was VERY MUCH INTENTIONAL AND THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN
