I love urbane. But tonight I ordered a sandwich and they completely ruined my order. I asked for no pesto sauce, and after opening my bag i see that they put pesto on it. I couldn’t scrape it off since it was already soaked into the bread. I didn’t eat the sandwich and I had to throw it away. Its a waste of money and food. The atmosphere and food is great, but the customer service needs to follow orders a bit better. Food: 4

So, as always, I like to write a review of my first visit to a place. I was greeted by the manager and other employees as soon as I opened the door and entered. The ambiance is warm. laid-back and, of course a welcoming art deco flair. The prices are surprisingly affordable and in large portion. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken sandwich, and I had no clue it came with a side of tangerine salad. The sandwich was delicious, and yes, it comes in two reasonable pieces, so I had enough to take home. I award Carmen, Eduardo, Alejandro, Maria, Jaciel, Carolina, and Gina 5 stars for their outstanding VIP service in addition to the delectable cuisine and the cleanliness of the whole restaurant! 5 stars to the manager whom gave acknowledgment to all his team members when I had asked for who to thank. Therefore -THANK YOU TO THE URBAN CAFE TEAM; YOU ARE AMAZING! I will see you again very soon
