Just placed an order. They forgot to include the spiced onions that were paid for and part of the order. When I phoned up to ask for them to be delivered I was told they were too busy. Would not refund me for the item and instead said next time I'd get them....sure. Won't use again.

Food is fine but as a word of advice DO NOT USE THE MUNCHEES APP! You will be charged and for some reason the shop does not receive the orders and you'll then have to dispute the transaction with your credit card company. Just use Just Eat app. It costs the shop more but its much more reliable. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
