Costa Coffee - Stirling

I was meeting a colleague and just had a small latte which was up to the usual high standard as most are. The place was clean as were the tables, a particular bugbear of mine in Costa coffee shops. The service was pleasant and I would use this particular services to meet up with friends or colleagues

Nice clean staff very friendly. Would recommend it nice seating outside Tillicoutry mills beautiful views of the Scholl hills

Stopped for a coffee and cake this afternoon at Costa in Stirling Services. Served by two people, one with a manager’s uniform and the other a barista. Neither women had an ounce of customer service awareness, both were more interested in talking to each other. No eye contact, no ‘please’ or ‘thank you’, very much a ‘take it or leave it attitude’. As a regular visitor to Costa, this outlet grossly fails in all aspects of customer service. Do something about it Costa! Wrong people interacting with the public here!

I stopped here for a snack on my way to Glasgow. Ordered a cheese and ham toasted sandwich and an americano with milk. As I use a walking stick, I often have difficulty carrying cups but the young lady serving me said straight away that she would bring it over to me much appreciated. The toasted sandwich was perfectly heated with the cheese just starting to melt and the coffee was up to the usual Costa standard. However, the next time I'll order a small rather than medium! I have seen a few reviews criticising the staff here but I certainly had no complaints and would be happy to stop here again.
