Trattoria Biagio - Stirling

This place is absolutely fantastic! The staff is wonderful, and the food is incredible! They made us feel completely safe regarding our peanut and tree nut allergies. Even when it came to dessert, the baker himself came over to show us each dessert, explaining which ones were safe for us. He even went into the kitchen to grab our choice, ensuring it was kept away from any potential cross-contamination with nut cookies! I can't praise this restaurant enough! The rice balls were so delicious that we ended up ordering a second plate!

Our first time here at this hidden gem in Stirling! The service was impeccable- thanks to Ron who took care of us throughout the evening. We were never rushed and had a relaxing enjoyable dinner. We had a scallop/butternut squash appetizer and salad -both were delicious. I had the zucchini parmagiana and my husband had the seafood linguini with black ink pasta. Both were very good -excellent in taste however both were unevenly heated. The pasta was hot but the mussels and lobster were cold, shrimp warm. My dish was good but the pasta underneath was lukewarm at best. They took my husband's dish off the bill and replaced it with another dish- at no charge! i didn't exchange my dish. The fresh bread was wonderful (although would be better if it too was warm). We will definitely go back to this family owned, customer focused restaurant.

Really nice restaurant. Staff extremely pleasant and accommodating

The food was excellent. We ordered pasta dishes that were fantastic, and the sauces were delightful. Our only major issue was the long wait to start our meal and in between courses, especially since we arrived early and there were very few tables occupied. Nonetheless, we will definitely return.

Fantastic service and amazing food! Our server kindly kept the restaurant open for us due to a later reservation and some travel delays. We will definitely return the next time we’re in town!
