Feedback gevenI love the food at this restaurant, but my experience last night was very disappointing due to the service. I arrived at 7:30 PM, knowing they close at 9, but the open sign was already off. I was unable to pay in cash because the staff member had closed the cash register early. Additionally, they didn’t restock the food and had limited menu options available. The employee also had a very negative attitude towards my friend and me, despite our polite demeanor. It felt like she wanted to leave early and had no interest in providing good service. While I’ll continue to enjoy dining at Mucho, I'll definitely choose a different location in the future. I didn't appreciate the attitude or the service we received.
I have taken out food from this restaurent multiple times and I find their food is really good. Their staff are friendly. Hence, I give them 5 stars.
The food is quite tasty, but the limitation of only four toppings without extra charges means you often have to make compromises.
I've visited a few times just before closing, and Gurjit always delivers exceptional service. He prepares my order perfectly every time. Thank you!
I feel this location is caught in a weird position that ultimately makes for a less than ideal experience the last few times I have gone. They are not busy enough to have additional staff on during peak periods, but the single person there (workingincredibly hard mind you) has to split their time between doing in person orders and delivery service orders. Each time I had towait while multiple Uber/Skip the Dishes orders were made, a person in the store would order, more pick up orders were made,then to the next person. One time I just went and sat outside for 20 minutes until they were ready to take my order. Again,it's not entirely their fault and the food is fairly good and the staff is always pleasant and apologetic, but does take awayfrom the experience. Oh, and I do miss the signature burritos and bowls.
