Boba Lubu Tea - Stockbridge

There were two young girls working there who had nasty attitudes, huffing, and puffing when I ordered my drink. They also ran out of tapioca pearls which is an egregious act for a Boba tea shop. The shop wasn’t even aesthetically pleasing. If I could, I’d rate them zero stars!

I go by all the time and I never had the opportunity to stop until today but from now on this place will be my go to for coffee and breakfast! Honestly, the large coffee was huge! And the Special Bagel was giant too and for and amazing price and tasted so good!

The first few time I went 2 years ago were nice experiences. Customer service has declined since then almost like they don’t want to serve the customer. The flavor of the drinks are very inconsistent. Sometimes very watery. I have yo go back in and ask if i could please get it sweetened and i get attitude.In the past month i went in 3 different days, different hours of the day, I was told they didn’t have any boba. How is it a boba shop and they don’t have boba? Disappointed because I used to share the experience with my children and now i feel like i cant.

Milk tea is awesome. The club sandwich was good and fresh. This is my new favorite spot.

Nice place for the neighborhood occasional boba tea, however I think I will stick with my favorite spot closer to home. Sometimes it doesn't pay to try new locations, especially when you have found one you're pleased with already.
