First off, it takes a lot for me to give places One star. But my experience at this place definitely earned it. First off I ordered online because typically at this Panda Express the line is about 5 miles long. I ordered my food and showed up later than they expected pickup time. To my surprise the food was not ready. I received a text saying that it was ready for pickup. Come get it while it's hot! I sat inside the building only to find out they ran out of half of the entrees. They said it was going to be 10 minutes. They didn't offer any exchanges or my money back so I decided to wait. 15 minutes past finally got my food but was missing items, had to go back in and request them. Meanwhile there entire staff sitting in the back corner on lunch break or possibly training. Sign says employees make $25 an hour. You would think with that kind of pay you would put more passion into your job. But no, unfortunately not the case. Thanks Great Falls Panda Express, for A horrible experience.
Let us tip your workers!!!!!!! they all work so hard, they deserve a little tip.
The people are vary inpatient the push you along like you should know their menu. I don't like being pushed through like cattle, especially when there is no line.
Service was awful. Drove 30 mins to get there, ordered 3 plates, drove 30 mins home, order was wrong. Drive 30 mins back, they give me my correct order after wanting a receipt I didn't get. They also didn't have a manager available. Not sure they were. Drive 30 mins back home. They still got my order wrong and gave me regular egg rolls instead of my apple pie rolls. Not driving back, but if they don't read this and offer compensation for my cold and wrong dinner for my family and I, then I'll make sure to stop by and throw away all the utensils every time I pass by.
