Cafe Stiernan - Stockholm

Delicious and fresh ramen. Service was good and quick. Feels like a homemade dish made with love. Location is good in the old city center.

New interior is soothingly minimalist, but the highlight is of course the ramen cooked to perfection, tender pork, just right noodles, al dente veg. Maybe a wine option would be good?

It’s definitely worth waiting in the queue if you appreciate good and quality ramen. The place is very small which can only seat maybe around 12 people or so. Not sure why some people complain about the long queue as if it’s their fault. Even McDonald’s can have a queue sometimes. I had their spicy miso which was very satisfying. Their broth is flavorful. The pork belly is slightly charred which adds a bit of smoky flavor to it. Everything goes really well in that hot bowl of ramen. I got there a little bit before they opened so that I didn’t have to wait too long to get in. To me, after trying numerous ramen places in Stockholm, it’s definitely in the top 3 ramen restaurants in Stockholm. Last but not least, the staff are very nice and helpful.

A few but tasty, relatively authentic ramen soups.Good broth and noodles, but it is above all the pork side you remember.Definitely in a medal position among noodle restaurants in Stockholm.

Tried to eat here twice. Once it was so crowded that we had to wait for more than 30 min so we left and the second time we went, they were sold out. Also you can not sit outside and the inside isn’t too nice. Can‘t judge the food though, never got the chance to try it :
