Holy Greens have great and well-made salads! Your vegan options are really good! Her beet root hummus is amazing (i ordered “grönsakslandet”! It is healthy and really delicious! Big portions! I grabbed lunch to go at Holy Greens yesterday. Despite the long line, the food was well worth the wait. I ordered the vegan chili with brown rice, cilantro, and red chili peppers. I highly recommend it!

I visited a laid-back restaurant that offers fresh, sustainably sourced salads, made to order with locally grown ingredients. I tried the Holy Hulu bowl with black rice, marinated salmon, pickled ginger carrots, mango, edamame, and bean sprouts, and it was delicious. You place your order at the counter and pick it up when it's ready.
