Feedback gevenAs Chinese I can confirm you that Cantonese food here is very authentic and delicious. I will say not every Cantonese chef in China could reach this level. For me it's a little bit salty, but totally ok. Beef very good. Decoration not fashionable, but ok. For dinner it is dim, but is compensated by the quality of food. Music is smooth jazz, not loud neither too low, good taste of music I shall say. Mochi ice cream is great.
This could look like another place served horrific Chinese fusion, but actually it really serves authentic Cantonese cuisine during the weekend! the sweet black beans are juicy and soft. the other dim sum are exactly what I had in hk in the days. each piece of fried rice is completely separated and this is an important indicator for a decent fried rice. make sure that they request the Dim-Summe menu at the weekend afternoon!
Very authentic Chinese yum-cha restaurant. they can not have all the dishes, but they have most of them and it is delicious. highly recommended.
The best amount in the city! a great place for family and friends to hang for a weekend meeting. also on Friday evening they serve dimsum, which is an absolute plus! highly recommended.
Dim sum for the win. Also had memory lane gan chao niu he and yangzhou chaofan. Strong Hong Kong flashbacks. The number of ppl who have remarked on the poor state of asian food in Stockholm is too numerous to dismiss. Ming’s is the only answer to this plight When in need of a good asian hug from the inside, come down to Mings (on the weekend), order the dim sum, enjoy the fried rice and noodles. And thank you reviewer “Liu Malory” for your “on the money” review. Inspired to try this place from your precise representation of what makes for good fried rice (ie the individual coating of each grain. Truth) Enjoy folks.
