Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of tasty options. The omelette was slightly overcooked, though.

We chose to dine at the Scandic Haymarket restaurant (Paul's) as we were staying there. We were not let down. The menu offerings were somewhat limited, but we were able to find dishes that appealed to us. The quality of the bubbles and wine was superb. The atmosphere, complete with movie-themed background music at a reasonable volume, was enjoyable. Our server Fredrik was exceptionally charming and accommodating.

The food at this restaurant is very good, especially the delicious oysters that are of high quality and extremely fresh. The baba au rhum's dough was a bit dry for my liking, but overall it was correct and came with a generous portion of vanilla-perfumed cream. The staff are great - efficient, professional, helpful, and always with a smile. They are discreet but also attentive when needed. The restaurant has a lovely interior design and is quite cozy, with different corners and space between tables. The only downside is that the music from the lounge downstairs can be a bit too loud at times.

Only visits the bar, it is good for drinks and has an interesting old school vibe. super friendly staff also. the price is perhaps a bit higher bit the bar feels also luxurious so that makes for them. definitely worth visiting.
