Burger King Vasagatan - Stockholms laen

I was neither happy nor charmed by this place, but the burger served from the grill was fantastic. It was perfectly cooked, which was unexpected from a fast food chain. The staff was really pleasant and efficient, especially during the rush hour.

The fast food restaurant had the worst service - it was dirty, slow, and the staff were rude. We waited almost an hour for our order at 1:30am, and the manager, Syed Haq, was unhelpful.

This restaurant is in desperate need of new management. Flies are all over the place, the food does not taste fresh, and most of the self-ordering machines are not working. I have never experienced such a lack of cleanliness in any other restaurant.

An affordable place to have their quick lunch. but this place has disappointed me with their cheeseballs. cheap price service is fast burger to the cheese balls were müll. I couldn't find out how they were or was it even good? it felt like 3 days ago.

First time here in Burger King Vasagatan today. My impression from this place was quite different from other Burger King I have visited before. Not just because of my cold and tough Pomes Frites, but also the following unpleasant experience. The cashier was using disposable gloves during the payment procedure. She was wearing the same gloves when she served me my Dubble Burger menu. Some minutes later when I was eating my hamburger, I saw her cleaning other tables around. She was wearing the same gloves. I asked her how often she changes the gloves. She replied that she changes the gloves every 15 minutes. It reads to that the hygiene awareness of the working staff was really poor. It was not at all a pleasant and fresh feeling.
