Burgers cooked in a pizza oven donner meat pulled out of a carrier bag an warmed up not the best

Ordered through uber eats, cancelled my order still took the money saying that they had started to prepare the food. Called them up and was extremely rude to me and hung up the phone. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Now currently fighting with uver eats to get my moment back. Dont give them the sales if they treat customers this poorly!

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY absolutely disgusting food. Left a note on just eat to ask that the sauce you HAD to order 2 sauces with each kebab?? to come separate from the kebab. Food came it was all completely drowned in sauce can only assume that’s to cover the very poor quality meat they had written a note to say you have to pay extra if you want it separate if so, they had my number could have called me and told me that as soon as I started speaking the guy on the phone started talking over me clearly is used to complaints didn’t want to hear it. Hardly any chicken what was there was awful and seemed reheated old meat, chips were disgusting too. As they only sell kebabs and burgers I’ve no idea how they make their money peddling this ****… maybe they have other ventures on the go….

Poor service and.even worse food don't waste your money

ABSOLUTELY FUMING! I was recommended this place too! I rang A6 Grill at 11.30pm Saturday October 30th to enquire what time you have to order by to receive delivery, as their website said they’re open until 1.30am on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. When I rang they confirmed it was midnight. They said if you ordered direct you had to pay by cash, if it was via JustEat you could pay by card. We put the order through by 11.50pm on JustEat and it was refused! ‍ I rang A6 several times and they didn’t answer their phone! They’re obviousy liars!!!! So you lost a large order!!!! Thinking about it, we were only ordering Chicken Kebabs on pitta bread and they were £8 each, a bit expensive just for a Kebab on its own!
