Alliou awesome waiter, Helen fantastic on drinks and Marco cookie ice cream machine!!! Really good atmosphere and really enjoyed it. 7 tweenagers and 2 adults!

Went to frankies earlier normally not a fam but kids wanted to go, I wanted to say thank you to Ali for a great meal and service, food came out fast and delicious. Can’t wait to go again great staff

This is not even worth a star review. We ordered food, got somebody else’s order which had my name on it. Phoned Frankie and Bennys, first time they shifted the blame onto the delivery company, saying the driver had given us the wrong bag, yet the bag had my name on. Phoned again and they refused to take the blame or send the correct order. The food was also stone cold and badly presented (even for a takeaway), even though we live 5 minutes away and even when sat in we’ve found the food is bland. Frankie and Bennys is obviously staffed by incompetent idiots who do not care about customer satisfaction. They’ve also forgotten stuff before which is normally inexpensive such as chips but this time it’s too much. Wouldn’t recommend.

Food was bland I had the chicken burger and mozzarella sticks , very over prices for what it is , drinks are way to overpriced, nice staff and good service . Tasted old.

Danny and Becky were very efficient and friendly. Thank You! The breakfast was Devine and the coffee was electric
