Istanbul Palace - Stockport

The restaurant has food of medium to high quality, but the staff are rude and unfriendly. There is a lack of enthusiasm between the staff and customers, and they do not pay attention to their needs. Unfortunately, with these criticisms, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The customer service at this restaurant was very poor and it was not well managed. I had my wedding there and while the food was good, the staff were extremely rude. As the bride, I asked one of the staff members to save my food for me, but they did not. Hopefully, the restaurant will improve their customer service in the future, as I may reconsider my feedback.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! From the ambiance, to the decorations, to the delicious food and drinks- it's all flawless! I had a wonderful time here, and the friendly staff made it even better. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in, and I can't think of a better place to visit. If I could give it a higher rating, I definitely would! It was truly amazing! I dined here last night and I'm already excited to go back again!

Me and my husband we love this restaurant the food the person working there are amazing and love our little one. They are even stay with her for us to eat. So we recommend xxx
