Not been here for a while. Just had fish and chips, cooked by Paul himself. Seriously not had fish n chips so delicious in years. Absolutely spot on. Haven’t had better anywhere (including Whitby).

My wife visited the restaurant today, and since we only had a card, we were unable to get cash back at the co-op. The owner kindly let us take our food and said we could pay him next week, which was truly generous. He even gave us some free fish and chips for our dog, who isn’t with us for much longer, and we only take him to the beach. As an entrepreneur myself, I appreciate the importance of supporting others, and it's refreshing to encounter such kindness in today's world. There are many wonderful people running small businesses, and we should make an effort to support them. I'll definitely be back next week to thank him in person. The fish was fantastic!

I ordered fish finger sandwiches and chips for myself and the kids, and it was absolutely fantastic! The portion sizes were huge—none of us managed to finish our meals. We all rated it a perfect 10/10, with one enthusiastic family member giving it a whopping 1,000,000/10! The staff was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and engaging, which made the experience even better. Plus, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the generous portions. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great fish and chips meal!
