Feedback gevenI just had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I was told that my order was missing items, even though it was marked off correctly. The portion sizes were so small that I could have given them to a toddler. The quality of the food has really gone downhill since my last visit. The staff also need better customer service training. This was a complete joke and I will not be coming back.
These individuals are completely untrustworthy, promising a delivery time but failing to follow through. Despite making three calls and requesting a call back, they never bothered to respond. Although this restaurant used to be good, I sincerely hope they shut down soon.
I ordered fish and chips, peas, a drink, and a child's meal with a drink. The fish batter was extremely overcooked, making it difficult to cut through. I had to break off the ends to reach the fish. Additionally, the drinks I paid for were never delivered. When I called to complain, the person on the phone hung up on me twice. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
Visited on Friday 28 August as part of a bus trip, the staff were excellent, so polite and sorted our orders out with military precision. Fish and chips were amongst the best I’ve ever had, nice crisp batter, lovely flaky fish and the chips cooked to perfection, well worth the £6 for the portion size as well. Bravo!
Went here for 2 cod and chips and a nosh box, there was a wait for cod (which I understand as it was friday afternoon) staff rushed off there feet, woman who served me was very rude! Complaining she was poorly Infront of customs and took tablets again in front of people waiting for food (which she never washed her hands after touching her mouth) I understand that takeaways are very busy at the moment but there is no need in bad manners and snapping at customers Food is loverly but customer service does play a huge part in hospitality which is why iv only gave a 2 star.
