Take 5 Caffe - Stockton-on-Tees

I recently returned to Stockton-on-Tees and revisited the wonderful Dom war memorial bar. I checked my TripAdvisor list for the area and was reminded of this gem of a place. There have been some staff changes, but the hygiene rating is still a 5 and the place is still impeccably clean with friendly staff. The food was served quickly and hot, cooked to perfection. My belly is satisfied and I am too. Cheers to the staff at Dom war memorial bar!

After searching for a morning meal that lasted half the morning, I finally stumbled upon this quaint little restaurant tucked away on a peaceful side street. The wait was well worth it; the interior boasts modern decor, is impeccably clean and bright, and proudly displays a 5-star hygiene rating on the front door. The prices are very reasonable, and I received a warm and friendly welcome from the young woman at the counter. The food arrived at my table promptly and was delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely return in the future.

I stopped by for a quick bite during lunchtime. The restaurant was crowded as usual, but I was able to find a table. Unfortunately, no one had received their food yet, and as we waited, it became clear that it would take some time. After a 40-minute wait, we finally received our toastie and burger with chips. The food was decent, but the wait was just too long. We remembered experiencing the same long wait during our last visit and decided that we couldn't afford to come back for lunch again.

A small friendly cafe with delicious home made food all freshly prepared to order. Two of us ordered the corned beef pie served with choice of vegetables or chips and mushy peas ,another chose parmesan with chips which were home made proper chips .We all enjoyed the food and our chat with the owner,Outstanding value for tasty food of good quality ,We will certainly be going there again.

Enjoyed a a late Saturday breakfast with the family. Comfortable furniture, good menu and very reasonable prices. Coffee, Tea and food were all hot and tasty. I had a large breakfast, which was very satisfying.
